When will DC be credited to my account?

Usually automatically within a few minutes after successful payment. If delayed, contact support with receipt and login.

Wrong login — what to do?

Do not pay again with the same wrong login. Contact support immediately; some cases can be fixed manually with a receipt.

Can I get a refund?

If the service (DC credit) has not been provided yet, a refund may be possible per gateway rules and law. After in-game credit, refunds are usually not issued — check the project offer.

Is it safe to enter card details?

Card details are entered only on the bank or provider page, not on this site. Make sure the URL is HTTPS and the domain is familiar.
